Disability responsiveness training
Disability Responsiveness training focuses on educating individuals and organisations to better support our disability community as customers and disabled people as fellow employees.
On this page
Disability Responsiveness training helps participants understand disability, myths, and strategies for creating inclusive environments.
Your team will learn how to handle specific impairments, debunk common misconceptions, and apply inclusive practices in their work.
Participants also receive resources to continue learning.
The workshops are practical and interactive, encouraging discussion and group work. People leave with useful tools, such as guides to making meetings more accessible, helping them become more confident and effective when working with disabled individuals.
