There are hundreds of people and groups offering amazing services to support you, your whānau and loved ones.

The kind of organisations and people that can assist you include disability information centres, support groups (in person and online), general disability support organisations, and organisations that work with people with a specific disability or needs.

Occupational Therapists (often referred to as OTs for short) provide therapy and support to people who need help to carry out everyday activities because of illness, injury, or disability.
