Everyone who registers and attends the mid-winter plunge gets a limited edition Polar Plunge beanie.

Every dollar raised helps creates opportunities for people with intellectual disabilities to participate, connect and belong through sport. Your support helps deliver tournaments, Athlete Leader Programmes, Young Athlete Programmes, and schools programmes right around the motu (country.)

Registration is $30 (ages 16+) or $10 for Special Olympics NZ athletes. Once you register, you’re set to start fundraising. You can even challenge others to take the plunge
