Whether your child is in a mainstream or special school, this seminar is a great opportunity to learn the legal ins and outs of the education system for children with disabilities. The session will cover:

decision processes around special education
appealing an Ongoing Resource Scheme (ORS) funding decline
when schools request that parents help fund a teacher aide
when schools ask parents for funding for student support at extra-curricular camps and activities

and much more.
The seminar will be presented by Nan Jensen, a barrister and solicitor who has been involved in the disability sector since 1998.
