Caring for someone with a disability can be rewarding, challenging, and sometimes lonely. This free workshop is your space to connect, share, and learn, with the day shaped around what matters most to you.

We’ll explore the topics you choose, whether that’s understanding funding, planning for the future, boosting wellbeing, or something completely different. Highly requested topics: sexuality, adolescence and puberty. Let us know what you want to learn when you register.

Light finger food provided.

Facilitators with lived experience.

You will be told the venue when you register.
