This information event will cover:
what Complex Care Group does
how Complex Care group helps disabled people and their family to find the right supports
different types of disability supports and what you may be eligible for
how the Needs Assessment process works
and much more.
Times
8.30am – 10am for professionals or disability sector representatives. Tea and coffee will be provided on arrival
10.30am - 3pm for disabled people and their families. Tea and coffee on arrival and a lunch will be provided.
