Enable New Zealand is reviewing its principles for how its staff engage with customers, and wants your feedback.

Enable NZ is the country’s leading disability equipment provider and runs Firstport and the EASIE Living store.
The organisation is reviewing a series of principals that outline what good customer service looks like. The principals will guide Enable New Zealand staff when they interact with customers, whether it’s over the phone, online, in-store, at events, or out in the community.
You can give your feedback on the draft principles via the survey link on this page. The survey is open until 19 June.
