Setting up the controller
Let's set up the access controller living with Muscular Dystrophy.

Let’s set up the PlayStation Access Controller as someone who lives with muscular dystrophy. Shout out to my brother who helped me with the set up.
When we first plugged it in, it asks you to name your controller and then you actually get to customize the buttons where you actually want them to be placed, which I thought was pretty cool. They then give you visual explanations for each button and toggle.
Once that's done, we set up a profile. Setting up the profiles for the control was probably the most difficult part for me. You can assign up to three profiles to your controller and switch between them during game play. I feel like because of the lack of accessibility in video gaming, it took a while for me to click on to this. I reckon if you're just getting back into gaming like I am, it might be easier to just set up with someone who's got more knowledge.
Overall, my thoughts on the hardware were I feel like the buttons, as easy as it is placing them where you would prefer them to be, it can be a little bit tricky trying to memorize where all the buttons are. The toggle is super easy to use though - you can just control it however you want. The controller itself is easy to hold, so that's cool.
