The Mental Health Foundation website has information and resources to help you manage your mental health. Their website includes information about support groups that can help, a guide on accessing mental health services, and advice and tips to stay mentally well.

If you need to talk to someone you can free call or free text 1737 at any time, 24 hours a day. You’ll get to talk to (or text with) a trained counsellor or talk to a peer support worker. The service is completely free.

Small Steps is a website with digital tools where people can take small steps on their journey to improve wellbeing. Their tools have been developed to help with feelings of anxiety, stress, or low mood.

The Groov app is a free app developed by New Zealand based company Mentemia that can help you manage your mental wellbeing by setting daily goals and tracking your progress.
