There are plenty of tools and advice available to support your emotional and mental wellbeing, as well as people you care for.

You can access a range of mental health and counselling services for everyone from adults to to children. There is even specialist support for children who have disabled siblings - see the SibSupport website. The Mental Health Foundation says making an appointment with your GP (family doctor) is the best starting point if you are having mental health issues. If you feel like you just need someone to talk to now, there a is a range of helplines like 1737, Need to talk?, Lifeline and Youthline that you can call.
