Te Puna Rau Aroha - A MASH Community Trust Space

Te Puna Rau Aroha is a MASH Trust community space in Taitoko Levin. It is an accessible and inclusive space where the community can come together, share stories, and feel a sense of belonging in their community. This space offers a range of interactive facilities such as a sensory room and a spa room. 

The Sensory Room

Connect with your senses in a controlled and immersive space with lighting, music and objects.

The Sensory Room is the highlight of Te Puna Rau Aroha. It is state-of-the-art, and one of a kind with its ability to be either a dark or light space.

Price: $11.50 for a 30-minute session per person or $17.50 for a 60-minute session per person.

The Spa Room

Our spa room allows you to experience the relaxation of a spa even if you have restricted mobility.

​​Equipped with a ceiling covering hoist to enable seamless transition from a chair or the change bed to total relaxation in the spa pool.  This means the spa is fully accessible for people with disabilities who have limited mobility or movement in parts of their body, or who have undergone surgery and may need rehabilitation.

The pool is set to a warm temperature to increase circulation and relax your muscles helping to reduce or reduce pain.

Please note that two people must be in the Spa Room while in use for safety purposes. This can be two people using the spa, or a spa user and support person.

Please remember to bring your own towel with you to our Spa Room.

Price: $34.50 for a 40 minute session per person
