Bill Richardson Transport World

One man’s passion started it all. With 300+ classic vehicles, plenty of family fun, and Invercargill café The Grille to discover, there is something for everyone here.

What began in a back shed has been transformed into something truly spectacular. Transport entrepreneur Bill Richardson poured decades of passion into restoring trucks, and he took great pride in showing people his collection as it grew.

The spark of an idea formed, and in late 2015 Bill Richardson Transport World – the largest private automotive museum of its type in the world, boasting more than 300 spectacular classic vehicles – was opened to the public.
