Are you caring for a disabled, neurodiverse or health-impaired family member? This workshop is a space for you to regroup.

Essential for families and whānau new to the world of disability, or as a refresher course for those further down the track, look after your health and wellbeing with the Renew, Connect & Reflect workshop.

RENEW: your coping strategies for dealing with challenges and stress.
CONNECT: with other parents and caregivers in the same situation. Many participants say they feel understood for the first time.
REFLECT: on your needs as well as those of your family, to strengthen connection, communication and confidence—and build collective resilience.
