The contract for this service is held by WestREAP (Westland Rural Educational Activities Programme) who have a main office in Hokitika and a
smaller hub in Blaketown. They provide a range of services and educational activities across the Grey and Westland districts.

The West Disability Resource Service covers the whole of the West Coast - all three territorial authorities Grey, Westland and Buller.

The team of three is Holly Thorpe (Information Consultant Grey and Westland districts), Cilla Raruve (Information Consultant Buller district) and the WCDRS Manager.

We provide an information service around all questions relating to disability and health on the West Coast. All three team members are knowledgeable about their own communities and can provide information on Adaptive Equipment Community Support, Disabilities, Disorders, Health Mobility and Transport, Recreation, Rehabilitation/Therapeutics and Services for Support. If we don’t know the answer, we will find out for you.
