The museum is located between Mangawhai Village and Managawhai Heads. There is a large accessible car park and a lovely historical village to explore. The museum has an onsite cafe and gift shop. Open 7 days a week, 10am - 4pm (cafe open 7am - 2pm). There is a wheelchair available for hire during your visit. Free museum admission for carers provided this is arranged in advance with the Manager. Free admission may not be able to be provided if our reception volunteer is not aware of the arrangement.
