Complex Care Group and the Federation are delighted to announce we are continuing our series of workshops as part of our Pathfinder programme. This is a series of facilitated workshops for disabled people and their families, tāngata whaikaha Māori, Pasifika disabled and family, whanau, aiga - via Zoom. These hui promote information exchange and sharing of personal experiences.
The discussion topic for March is Transition out of School. This Workshop will be facilitated by Bron Foxx.
