For over 18 years Disability Connects Transition Expo has provided a face-to-face opportunity for disabled students and their families to explore what is available and possible. In this way Transition Expo 2024 is Enabling Good Lives.
Transition Expo is an event for all students and young adults (14 – 30yrs) with a disability, their families and those involved in the disability sector to explore what may be available to you when you leave school. Everyone will enjoy this day.

- Conversations with Employers – This was very popular last year, filling a demand, and we are working with Disability Employers Network again to invite employers to have conversations with disabled people and their families to get an understanding of what employment will look like and to hear first-hand what employers are looking.
