Workshop topics include:

  • Inner and outer supports that build resilience
  • How Enabling Good Lives (EGL) principles strengthen resilience
  • Easy ways to practise skills and improve connections so your family can meet any challenge with confidence—starting now!

This workshop is facilitated by Karen Miles, Chief Executive of Parent to Parent and Jane Ford, Parent to Parent Regional Coordinator, Coastal Bay of Plenty. As a special resilience-building treat for our families, the workshop will also include a surprise art session!

Free of charge, thanks to funding from Care in the Community, Ministry of Social Development.
