We needed somewhere to stay that was wheelchair accessible and also felt 'safe'. The Amross Motel was perfect! It was the first stay away from home for my sister who had a stroke and is now in a wheelchair. We visited friends, cruised the streets and hung out at the motel.
Would say to others: Their accessible unit was accessible! Plenty of room for a wheelchair, good shower set up and most importantly, really friendly helpful owners who went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Definitely stay here! And if you're worried about anything to do with your visit call the owners before you go - we found them great to deal with.
Top highlight: We successfully managed a night away with no problems!
