I have had major surgery and need caregiver support. To visit the hydro pool and enjoy the warm water was great as we live in a cold house. We joined the exercise class and talked to lots of nice people. There is a ramp into the pool and rubber knobbed lino from the dressing rooms into the pool. There is a hoist should people require one.
Would say to others: Just go - the warm hydro pool is fantastic. Watching the learn to swim classes as I sat under the bubbles on the side, and knowing the care giver was close by, I felt safe, warm and happy.
Top highlight: Being out with my caregiver, who just happens to be my granddaughter.
