There are disabled car parks just outside. Easy access in and out of the pool with a ramp or hoist, and there are wet wheelchairs available. Three great disabled changing rooms right by the pool with shower and toilets, and the option of a change bed and hoist. Most importantly staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble.
Would say to others: Just ask if you need a hand as staff really are there to help.
Top highlight: Achievement of being able to easily enjoy my swim. Friendly staff really make my day whenever I visit.
How accessibility features improve the visit: Staff are always happy to take my prosthetic leg as I get in the pool and bring that and my towel to the pool edge after, or my wheelchair if I want to shower. I'm able to enjoy it because it is safe and not stressful like it can be at other places.
